JAMES C. ROBISON
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President
James C. Robison is the Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Animal Health International, Inc. Jim joined the company on May 1, 1997. Previously, he was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and a Board member of General Medical Corporation, a leading distributor of human medical products with revenues in excess of $1.6 billion. During his twelve years with General Medical, Jim also held the positions of Senior Vice President—Sales, Senior Vice President—Field Operations, and Regional Vice President—Southwest Region. Prior to joining General Medical, Jim spent five years with American Hospital Supply Corporation. Jim earned a B.B.A. degree in Business in 1978 and a Masters degree in International Management in 1979 from the University of Texas.

WILLIAM F. LACEY
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
William F. Lacey, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Lacey is responsible for managing AHII’s finance, accounting and other information system functions. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rawlings Sporting Goods Co., Inc. Mr. Lacey has a B.A. degree in Business Administration from the University of Alabama.

DAMIAN OLTHOFF
General Counsel and Secretary
Damian Olthoff has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since 2005. Prior to joining us, Mr. Olthoff was Staff Counsel of TrinTel Communications, Inc. as owner, operator and developer of infrastructure for the wireless communications industry, from 2001 to 2005. Mr. Olthoff holds a B.B. A. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and a J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City.

Director of Human Resources
Kathy C. Hassenpflug has served as our Director of Human Resources since November 1998. Ms. Hassenpflug holds a B.S. from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
